Customize your jump training

The 5mm-thick cable provides greater resistance when turning, making it perfect for challenging resistance workouts. Gradually increase the weight per handle by up to 200 g—ideal for building arm strength and improving cardiovascular endurance.

Add weights to the 14 cm handles of your Insigne jump rope: Internal ballast: You can attach 50 g of weight inside the handle to achieve a consistent base weight.
External ballast: 105 g can be attached to the outside of the handle to increase the weight.
Cap: The 45-g cap secures the weight system and completes the total weight of 200 g per handle.

Easy adjustment for versatile workouts
