You can choose which one to install and swap them out at any time to add variety to your workouts.
A special highlight is the four multifunctional sleeves, which work in conjunction with the long spotter arms: simply insert the sleeves into the spotter arms, and you’ll have a dip station in no time. If you don’t need the sleeves for dips at the moment, they can be used to store weight plates and equipment, hang accessories, or serve as anchors for resistance bands—for example, for exercises like bench presses or squats with band resistance. This way, you get the maximum range of training options out of a single weight rack.
The spotter arms themselves provide valuable safety, allowing you to push yourself to your limit without worry during squats and bench presses. In addition, the weight plate holder on the back lets you store your weights directly on the rack—saving space and increasing stability.
Tip: If the ceiling is low, you can shorten the posts with a metal saw, since the pull-up bars can be mounted at any height.

With a weight capacity of 250 kg on the dumbbell shelves and up to 200 kg on the pull-up bars, it’s suitable even for intense workouts. If needed, you can securely bolt the rack to the floor using the integrated floor anchors.
