Be sure to select a suitable weight that allows you to perform the planned exercises correctly. We recommend a progressive weight increase, where you increase the weight by only 0.5 to 2 kg each week. You can use our change plates for this.

You have two options for your dumbbell training: dumbbells and barbells. There is no better or worse method—they are simply different. Dumbbells give you a greater range of motion and engage more stabilizing muscles, while barbells allow you to train several muscle groups at the same time. Many customers rely on our adjustable dumbbells, which allow you to flexibly adjust the weight.

The Olympic Barbell is made of alloy spring steel, which is particularly robust and resilient. You can attach weight plates with a diameter of 50 mm and 51 mm to the bar. The lighter 15 kg model is ideal for training different muscle groups. If you have already started cross-fit, aerobics, or weightlifting, then this weight should be suitable. Those who already have experience and have trained their muscles can opt for the heavier 20 kg model. For a particularly intensive workout, we offer barbells and dumbbells in sets.
