The fastest speed rope for competitive athletes
Thanks to their world-renowned double ball bearings and ultra-lightweight construction, RPM Training’s speed ropes are among the fastest jump ropes in the world.
The Comp4 competition jump rope lets you perform the fastest double-unders with minimal effort, saving you valuable time and energy with every repetition.
Patented dual-axis system
The dual ball-bearing system in RPM Training Jump Ropes transfers power to the cable with optimal efficiency and eliminates unwanted torque buildup.
Aggressive competition-style grip for a rock-solid hold
The deep grooves on the Comp4 jump rope ensure optimal grip, even when your hands are sweaty.
Lightweight steel cable for maximum efficiency
The black Comp4 Speed Rope comes with a very lightweight, bare cable without any coating.
This bare cable is the fastest, lightest cable available and comes in two different colors.
However, it should only be used on rubber floors, as it quickly becomes frayed and breaks when used on concrete.
Coated cables for rougher surfaces
For rougher surfaces, we have coated cables Available in many colors; they’re a bit heavier, but more durable.
The coating provides additional protection. However, on very rough surfaces, such as concrete, all types of cables have a shorter service life.
Coated cables are especially helpful for beginners, as they make it easier to see and hear where the cable is in the air.
The bright colors of the coated cables are particularly helpful for this.
Assembled and tested in the USA
